A comprehensive and efficient solution to simplify and assist companies in complying with legal requirements. Combining the expertise of renowned professionals in the market, BIP Legal Docs was conceived by Ricardo Becker, CEO of Grupo Becker, with extensive experience in Technology and Information Security, and Mauricio Olaia, a lawyer specializing in digital law, head of the Olaia e Associados law firm. Both are based in JundiaÃ, São Paulo, Brazil.
The Project
The BWS team worked on two main fronts to make this project feasible. The first was the creation of the website used to explain the platform’s services and allow interested clients to purchase/subscribe to an offered plan.
The second was the development of the online software where managers can manage clients, plans, subscriptions, and documents, and create templates of the most commonly used LGPD compliance documents for small and medium-sized businesses. As the visual structure of each document template can vary, the project required a powerful text editor with features similar to a Word document (docx).
