What we did
We developed an e-commerce platform for call center operators, integrated with the dialer, which was used throughout the operation to sell Claro products such as Internet, pay TV, landline, and mobile phone services. The project greatly simplified the sales process for operators, as Claro’s product and offer portfolio is extensive, and value calculations were complex and done manually at the time of sale. Z-One streamlines sales by calculating available products and offers for each customer based on their location. We were involved in the conception and execution of this complex project, which was used across Motiva’s operation with over 5,000 operators.
